Box Office: 'Raaz 3' Collects Around Rs 35 Crore in The First Weekend

New Delhi: Looks like actress Bipasha Basu's wish to be a part of Bollywood's Rs 100 crore club might come true with Raaz 3. Directed by Vikram Bhatt, the horror film took off on a wobbly start, with critics not sure whether they hated it or loved it.
However, that didn't stop the audiences from cuing up to the theatres over the weekend, resulting in a huge collection figure. According to film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Raaz 3 made for a lethal combo of sex, horror, brand value, and human performances. In fact, he even tweeted that "#Raaz3 opening at places, specifically in Rajasthan, is at par with #EkThaTiger. Yes, you read it right!".
Totalling the opening day collections, Adarsh tweeted, "#Raaz3 *India* Thu previews 58 lacs, Fri 10.47 cr. Total: 11.05 cr nett. Extra-ordinary. Bhatts, Emraan & @bipsluvurself 's biggest opener!".
